Guitarist of 60's band buried in 12 ft Stratocaster shaped coffin

"John Graham, 67, who played in 1960s rock band The Ramrods, was buried in a 12ft guitar-shaped coffin yesterday.



His widow, June, 63, asked undertakers to create the bespoke coffin to give him a fitting send-off.

She said: “His whole life was playing the guitar. He was the most wonderful man you could wish to meet.”

Hundreds of mourners turned up at the service to pay tribute at his funeral at St Andrew’s United Reformed Church in Cheltenham, Glos." (More)
