Kind of missing this show so thought I would post maybe my favorite scene from the show, not a major action scene just incredibly well done in my humble opinion.
Why the hell isn't Maggie seemingly concerned at all about Beth? I mean, even a scene where she's like "well I'm going to DC, Daryl please find my sister!" might at least address it. Even if they're cutting stuff for time it's kind of glaring. I mean she hasn't even said her name once that I can remember since the prison, or at least since they've been reunited after Terminus.
Maggie has had almost nothing to say period. Her character seems to be filler so far this season and yeah I couldn't agree more. A simple we must find Beth would suffice.
I feel like posing that to Talking Dead but they probably have a directive like "yeah we know there's a problem here with Maggie's character, don't bring it up on your show, we're working on it." Sometimes they hit on stuff like that but it's usually couched in a joke, like when Conan was on. Some of his comments were hitting on critiques but that got overshadowed by the jokes. I haven't watched TD enough to get more of a feeling for it, but it seems like Hardwicke tries to push criticism towards the jokey, which I would totally assume he's directed to do.
I'd like to think if I was in the audience and somehow called up the stage on TD I'd ask that of Lauren Cohan but I'd just stand there like
That could make it as a meme. Start with any shot of something fun or nice and end with that. Like start with a shot of a puppy birthday party then cut to ^^^
