Awesome, Repo. Love the phases one. I only got photos of it in full shadow. Ash#, it was ISO 1600 f/5.6 1" exposure at 300mm using a tripod. I found I needed to get a short exposure because the moon moves a helluva lot faster than I thought it would. Haha.

Yeah, I found 1" and 3" were the best for me too... anything more and I got motion blur.

I wish I had more time to figure out all this fancy camera stuff. I did fiddle a bit with some settings on my camera and got this shot from Gabby's birthday party that I'm pretty proud of. Most of my stuff tends to look like snapshots usually.

I know it isn't much but the fact that it has bokeh and all made me giddy.

Two shots, both with the old digital point and shoot. No photoshop trickery (just some color adjustments), but used the "Candlelight" setting in one of the "Scene Modes" that you can use. No idea what any of this means, but Photoshop tells me the F-stop is f/3.8, and the ISO speed is 1600.Focal length is 13.0 mm. No flash used, was able to hold steady enough to get the shot without blurring. They both really seem to have a watercolor effect to them. Clicking leads to huge size.

Oh man, I love all the latest shots! Koko, that last one is especially watercolor-ish.

Here's a pic of my tree this year. Just a no flash long exposure on my cheapie Canon. That camera's got so much features though for a hundred bucks and what it lacks in style it makes up for with manual settings.

Another from Italy. This one was taken at the center of the city, from the top of "La Duomo" in Florence.

New gear.... Tripod. Nikkor 18-200mm lens. The thing focuses in to 20 inches at 200mm. which is pretty damn cool.

I like the colours and think it gives it some extra interest and mood.

LOL @ the fudgsicle picture. Not sure whether there's more on the stick or on her.

The third windmill looks too green to me. The first of the three adjusted pics is the most interesting, imo.
