This strange thing strapped to that guy is called "Gryphon" and is one of the newest gadgets in military technology. It was once supposed to be a funsport vehicle but has since become a new weapon system for special forces. It's basically a little one person airplane but you land via parachute.
I wish I'd had that suit when I worked landscaping, or at least the gas mask. Working with Compro on a hot summer day is no fun. Compro is processed human poop.
