I really love this. Though some may be grossed out by the subject, I think this entry captures the theme most relevantly. Don't get me wrong, the other entries are strong, but the idea was to show a clear difference between above and below; a difference that is unexpected. This is, indeed, unexpected. And pretty gross. :) Well done!
